The 2/7th Australian Armoured Regiment was a unit of the 1st Australian Armoured Brigade, 1st Armoured Division during the Second World War. It was formed in October 1941 and was disbanded on January 1944.
The Regiment was initially equipped with M3 Grant medium tanks.
It saw service only in mainland Australia during the Second World War.
Now a scarce and highly desirable armoured/motorised unit colour patch.
