Comments: Patch designed and worn by SOTG Task Force 666 Special Forces Training Advisory Team (SOTAT) (Commando Major and Warrant Officer (4RAR(CDO)/2 CDO Regt) from the Special Forces Training Centre and a SASR SGT and a Logistics Captain in 1999.

Worn by the soldiers of the Afghan National Army (ANA) and their Australian and US Special Forces trainers.

Worn on DPCU or DPDU shirts during combat operations.
