All items purchased (and that are currently in stock) will be shipped within 4-6 business days of receipt of payment whenever possible.
All items (to Australian destinations) must be shipped via a trackable service and will be dispatched via Australia Post E-Parcel service or Registered Post and can be expected to arrive within several days (as specified in Australia Post’s Terms and Conditions).
Please note that Australian Militaria Sales accepts no liability for items shipped by any other method.

No refunds are given for items lost in the post (as it is out of our control). Please contact Australia Post for any missing items. Claims for missing parcels can be lodged at your local Australia Post office.
Extra insurance coverage for orders can be provided on request – please contact Regimental Books via email, or phone if you wish to have insurance on an order.
Overseas shipping is via Australia Post Registered Air Mail. This is a trackable service. Our policy is that all orders outside Australia must be sent with tracking.
Please note that we do not ship to all countries. Postage to Eastern Europe and countries such as Indonesia and Thailand is per our descretion due to a higher than normal instance of fraud.
Please note that as a small business, we do our best to dispatch all orders promptly but on occasions it may take slightly longer. Your patience on these occasions is appreciated.
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $6.60 but may be subject to change.
We do our best to keep shipping prices down for our customers.
Overseas costs, are as per Australia Post’s International Air Mail rates and is based on weight.
A small handling fee is charged to cover the cost of packing material and handling.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please note that Australian Militaria Sales is not liable for any extra postage costs, due to an incorrect shipping address being provided by a customer. All extra postage costs due to incorrect addressing by the customer shall be paid by the customer. Regimental Books will only cover postage costs if the incorrect addressing was our fault.
Please ensure that you check your Shipping Address before placing any order.
If you have provided a correct postal address and the package has been returned to Australian Militaria Sales, then we will take this matter up with Australia Post to address the additional postage costs charged.
If goods received are damaged in any way, as a result of negligence and bad handling by Australia Post during transit, then the customer must immediately notify the postal manager, of the post office who have effected delivery, at the soonest opportunity of this. Further we require you to photograph the damage to assist in making a claim through Australia Post.
Should you receive a package damaged and it is quite obvious that the goods inside are going to be damaged, please photograph this prior to opening.
Please retain damaged packaging to further assist Australian Militaria Sales in pursuing a claim through Australia Post, for the damage goods.
Any item may be returned within 7 days of receiving the goods if not completely satisfied. To enable the 7 days to take effect buyers need to email Australian Militaria Sales when goods are received. The refund will be less post and the goods must be returned in the same condition, otherwise refund will not take effect.
