The observer was the aircraft commander in 2 seater aircraft and passed orders to the pilot.

These are even scarcer than AFC pilot wings and this one is in great condition and came from a long time and very respected Australian collector (collecting for 50+ years). Evidence of glue on the back from previously being attached to a board but otherwise a now extremely scarce and authentic AFC Observer Brevet.
