4th Combat Engineer Regiment (4 CER) is a combat engineer regiment of the Australian Army.
Based in Victoria and attached to 4th Brigade, it is a Reserve Army unit of the Royal Australian Engineers and is tasked with providing mobility and counter mobility support.
The role of 4 CER is to provide Combat Engineering support to the 4th Brigade in order to promote the security of Australia and protect its people and interests.
The motto of the 4th Combat Engineer Regiment is ‘With Diligence and Honour’.
