4 Regt RAA provides field artillery support and coordination of joint fires and effects to support known and potential operational commitments and enhance 3 Brigade’s Foundation Warfighting capability.

The unit is structured as follows:

Operations Support Battery – provides the Brigade Joint Fires and Effects Coordination Centre to HQ 3 Brigade and command and control of the Regiment’s artillery fires

106th Battery – supports the 2nd Cavalry Regiment

107th Battery – supports the 1st Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment

109th Battery – supports the 3rd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment

Combat Service Support Battery – provides combat service support to the Regiment.
