Comments: Greenandco Lighter (Green and Co). White metal rectangular cigarette lighter with rounded edges and a separate lid. The lighter has a flint wheel mechanism and windproof grill. This lighter was made in Australia.
This lighter came from the estate of an Australian WW2 veteran. The lighter was an early military issue apparently and apparently also used in Vietnam.
